The clinic is staffed with board-certified Family Physicians and Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners. The practice was established in 2007 and is conveniently located in Oakleaf Plantation. In order to facilitate quality of care, we use an unique web portal and electronic medical records. This includes secure communication with medical personnel, on-line viewing of lab results and statements, smart phone open-access scheduling and prescription refills.
